Based on consumer surveys across 10 countries, we've analysed consumer behaviour, TV viewing, device usage and TV and video app preferences to create five very different consumer segments. The segments help to quickly benchmark platforms and services and give clues to the targeting of content and service propositions across the TV, OTT, mobile and fixed line spaces. This report introduces the five segments and gives an overview of how they differ.
