The role of EPGs in the FAST channel experience

This report, using data from 2000 US Consumers about their attitudes towards FAST services, explores how consumers report using Electronic Programme Guides (EPG's) to find content. We examine how these reported behaviours align with their actual decisions when presented with a simulated EPG and asked to make a channel choice, and discuss what this could mean for the strategy of FAST services and channels as they seek to engage consumers.
