A peek inside the UK connected home shows a change is just around the corner
Ampere Analysis Research Director, Guy Bisson, recently wrote a column that appeared in the June 2015 issue of CSI Magazine.
Guy states that two things are needed to reach the inflection point: a large scale shift in consumer behaviour and a device environment able to seamlessly facilitate the transition. His latest research takes a long, hard, quantitative look at the situation in the UK and throws up a number of facts that suggest the hype around OTT and non-linear viewing habits can no longer be written off.
